When I was teaching English in South Korea, the school I was employed at didn't require me to have a college degree.  I have been told that the policy changed and you now need a bachelors degree to legally teach there.  What countries are left in the world that don't require a college degree to legally teach ESL at a college or hagwon (Korean English school)
